SpaceClaim 2011 System Engineer may serve as a supplement to the functional NX and improve the user experience. In addition, SpaceClaim 2009 Engineer contributes to the effectiveness of the company as a whole, spreading the benefits of 3D for everyone involved. SpaceClaim 2011 gives engineers a new level of flexibility in the design process.
Improvements made to the SpaceClaim 2011, include advanced sheet metal work, as well as the following options:
- Terms of accommodation arrangements support functions of contact, ball joints, gears.
- Direct three-dimensional drawing points, lines and grooves.
- Advanced options for working with sheet metal, such as: a new library and new forms, flat patterns, bends in three-dimensional objects, easy configuration, engraving.
- Selection of components by size for quick cleaning of the assembly of unnecessary components. Detailed options such as customizable characters, a library of symbols, modular-grid coordinate system for use in automotive and aerospace industries.
- Increased ability to customize their own tools and interactive objects.
