Download the following file and run. In the "Main" tab, click "EZ-Activator" button. It will automatically search Office programs (including Visio) and be activated. You don't need to do anything, just look at the screen.
NOTE: I have seen some faces trouble with activator. If you got any error/something else or it fails to activate then install .net 3.5 or high then try again
