Quinet McGregor shows a second sequence of Ashtanga Yoga (Intermediate Series), which she studied in India. With asanas, which comprise the sequence, in Sanskrit called Nadi Shodhanoy, as the combination of deflections, twists, asanas to the disclosure of hip and power asanas is cleansing the nervous system. Although it is considered that the second sequence of Ashtanga should be studied under the guidance of an experienced teacher, you can use the material proposed for the deepening and further development of their practice. The second part tells Quinet, explains and gives tips on how to safely approach the fulfillment of the most difficult asana sequence.
