Dynasty Warriors 7 (真・三國無双6 Shin Sangoku Musō Shikkuzu?, known in Japan as Shin Sangoku Musou 6) is a hack and slash video game and the seventh official installment of the Dynasty Warriors series. It is currently being developed by Omega Force and published by Koei. The game has been confirmed to be PS3 exclusive in Japan. The story is based on Luo Guanzhong’s historical novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms. The game was unveiled at the 2010 Tokyo Game Show. On October 26, it was revealed at the Koei Press Conference to have improved graphics and gameplay, with the support of stereoscopic 3D features and PlayStation Move support. Tecmo Koei has announced a North American release on March 29, 2011 and Europe for April 8, 2011 after news that it has been delayed and will be on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360

Dynasty Warriors 7 is be the first game in the series to extend past the Battle of Wuzhang Plains. Consequently, the Jin Kingdom will be added, bringing the total number of major factions to four.
